PoV Hyd: Drinks, Divides, and the Drama of Borders

Join us for an engaging bar talk at Rumor Skylounge in Hyderabad on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 4 PM to 6 PM, where we’ll dive into the fascinating realities of life along India's borders. This isn't your typical lecture; it's a vibrant exploration filled with images, videos, anecdotes, and songs that bring to life the stories of everyday people navigating these complex regions. Led by Samarth Mahajan, a talented filmmaker with a knack for uncovering narratives from border areas, you'll gain fresh insights into themes of migration, kinship, and identity. Expect a 45-minute lecture followed by a lively 15-minute Q&A session, and then stick around for a 30-minute mixer to chat with Samarth and fellow attendees. This is a unique opportunity to see beyond the headlines and connect with the human side of borders—come for the ideas, stay for the conversation! 🍻
