ACCESSLY Creators ("we," "us," or "our") operates as a structured public activities and participation marketplace that enables users to discover, register, and join creator-led experiences, workshops, sports sessions, and community events organized by verified hosts.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, moderate, and protect your information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services. We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring a safe, trusted, and respectful environment.

Google Console & Play Store Compliance Notice: ACCESSLY Creators is designed exclusively for structured public group activities. The platform does not permit companionship services, dating arrangements, compensated personal interactions, or private social meetups. Listings and chat communications are subject to automated safety analysis and manual moderation to prevent policy violations.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information to provide a secure and functional experience. The categories of information we collect include:

  • Account Profile Information: Basic profile details, including your full name, email address, mobile phone number, profile photo, and external social media handles or links that you choose to display.
  • Activity Participation Records: Details of experiences you browse, registrations you make, bids placed in creator-led auctions, booking confirmations, and QR verification codes used to confirm attendance.
  • Communication Records: Text messages, event logistics coordination notes, and user-to-user messages exchanged inside our secure, in-app messaging tool.
  • Technical Telemetry & Analytics: Device data (such as IP address, hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers), app usage logs, crashes, and performance analytics.
  • Safety, Moderation & Reporting Data: User safety reviews, reports filed against other accounts, block records, manual moderation logs, and compliance enforcement details.

2. How We Use Your Information

ACCESSLY Creators processes your personal data for clear and legal purposes, including:

  • Enabling Core Services: Allowing you to register for workshops, coordinate sport sessions, join auctions, make secure payments, and attend creator-led events.
  • Fulfilling Event Logistics: Sharing necessary participation details with verified hosts to coordinate attendance at public venues.
  • Ensuring Platform Safety: Enforcing our strict safety guidelines, preventing dating arrangements or compensated companionship, and performing automated and manual chat reviews.
  • Managing Payments: Processing ticket bookings, bids, and settlements securely through authorized gateway partners (such as Razorpay).
  • Communicating Updates: Sending verification PINs, booking notifications, safety reminders, and responding to support inquiries.
  • Legal Compliance: Fulfilling tax obligations, processing chargeback disputes, auditing transaction records, and complying with court orders or regulatory mandates.

3. Safety Features, Moderation & Blocking

To maintain a safe, group-only activity space, ACCESSLY Creators utilizes safety systems that process user data:

  • User Blocking: When you block a user or host, our database automatically prevents that user from seeing your listings, joining your experiences, sending you direct messages, or interacting with your profile.
  • In-App Reporting: Any message, profile, or activity listing can be flagged for moderation review. Our team evaluates these reports within 24 hours to execute suspensions or content removal.
  • Activity Verification: Every experience listing requires verified public venue coordinates. Private home or personal address meetups are systematically rejected during our manual review process.

4. Payment Safety & Financial Data

Payments and checkout flows are handled through verified third-party payment providers (specifically Razorpay).

ACCESSLY Creators **does not** collect, transmit, or store sensitive financial credentials, including full credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, card passwords, UPI PINs, or online banking credentials.

We collect and store only transaction metadata (such as Razorpay Order ID, Razorpay Payment ID, transaction date, transaction amount, and payment status) to verify experience confirmations and process approved refunds.

5. Information Sharing & Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third-party advertising networks. Your information is shared only under the following limited conditions:

  • With Verified Hosts: Limited to name, booking status, and chat messages, to verify your presence at the public venue.
  • With Payment and Infrastructure Partners: Cloud hosting providers (Supabase/AWS) and payment gateways (Razorpay) to verify and support transaction processing.
  • For Safety and Legal Compliance: Sharing details with regulatory authorities, banking partners, or law enforcement in cases of verified fraud, illegal listings, or to cooperate with valid court subpoenas.

6. User Account Deletion Instructions & Retention

We respect your right to data sovereignty and offer a seamless, self-service account deletion option inside the platform as required by Google Play Store policies.

How to delete your account:
  1. Open the ACCESSLY Creators Mobile Application.
  2. Log in to your account and navigate to the Profile Screen.
  3. Tap on the Delete Account button located directly under your profile details.
  4. Confirm your selection when prompted.

Data Deletion & Retention Protocol:

  • Immediate Deletion: Upon your confirmation, your active profile data, name, email address, external social links, profile photos, and active listings are permanently purged from our databases.
  • Required Legal Retention: In compliance with transaction, safety, and payment regulations, we are required to retain transaction-related logs (such as booking records, payments processed through Razorpay, payment IDs, amounts, and tax invoices) for up to 7 years. These records are securely archived and strictly isolated from standard system access.
  • Safety Logs: Reports of safety violations, harassment, or platform circumventing behaviors will be kept securely for safety monitoring and preventing blocked users from re-registering.

7. Security Measures

We employ robust administrative, operational, and technical safeguards to keep your personal data secure:

  • Data transmission is secured using Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.
  • Sensitive stored records are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 cryptographic keys.
  • Server access is strictly restricted through multi-factor authentication (MFA) and limited role-based access controls.
