Take a break from the everyday rush and spend some time with colours, creativity and yourself. Our Art Therapy Workshop is a calming, hands-on experience designed to help you slow down, explore your creativity and express yourself freely through painting.
You don’t need to be an artist or have any prior painting experience. Simply pick up your brush, experiment with colours and let your imagination guide you. The focus is not on creating a “perfect” painting, but on enjoying the process and finding your own creative rhythm.
