- Tickets for this event are available for purchase exclusively through the SkillBox platform. - Age limit - 21+ years - By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the full terms and conditions. - Mandatory cover charge of INR 300 will be payable at the entry gate and is fully redeemable on food and beverages. - The entire ticket amount goes directly to the artist. - No third-party offers or payment methods will be accepted during the event. - For event bookings, guests who reserve a table through Event Tickets must not make a duplicate booking or settle the final bill through any other platform or third party. The venue reserves the right to determine the validity of any booking in case of multiple bookings. - Entry time is 6:

• The organizer & Venue reserves the right of admission.
• The organizer may alter the event schedule without prior notice.
• Entry is permitted only after a thorough security check and through designated entrances.
• The venue does not allow food, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable items, or any illegal or hazardous substances inside the venue or seating area ("Prohibited Items"). Security personnel will search ticket holders’ belongings at entry. If a ticket holder refuses a search and/or is found in possession of Prohibited Items, the organizer may deny entry without any refund or compensation.
• This is a drug-free event. If any ticket holder uses, possesses, procures, supplies, or consumes drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances (as defined under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985), the organizer will immediately evict them from the venue without refund or compensation. The organizer also reserves the right to initiate legal action as permitted under applicable law.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any ticket holder who appears intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, behaves dangerously or inappropriately, or engages in conduct likely to cause harassment, damage, injury, or nuisance. The organizer’s decision in this regard shall be final.
• The use of audio or video recording equipment, including still cameras, is strictly prohibited.
• The organizer issues this ticket in accordance with the rules and regulations of the event organizer and venue management.
• The organizer does not accept responsibility for any injury to persons or for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.
• In accordance with applicable law, persons below the legally permissible age may not purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
• The organizer and venue are not liable for any issues arising from unauthorized copies or reproductions of this ticket. Except as stated herein, the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or returned once purchased.
• If the organizer cancels the performance, the organizer will refund the ticket fee. All other charges, including parking fees, internet handling fees, and order processing fees, remain non-refundable.
• The ticket is invalid if the security features affixed to it are tampered with.
• You voluntarily assume all risks related to contracting COVID-19, H1N1, or any other communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, and waive all claims against the organizer arising from such risks.
• The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
• We request your cooperation at all times.
• All disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
• The organizer may modify these terms and conditions at its discretion from time to time.
• All secondary performances (if any) and the event lineup are subject to the artist’s discretion.
• To ensure a high-quality user experience, the organizer may collect certain information (including personally identifiable information such as name, email address, or phone number) at the time of booking, registration, or payment, in accordance with its Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
• Re-entry is not permitted.
• Please keep your ticket QR code ready for check-in at the venue. Attendees are advised to arrive on time to ensure a smooth entry process and avoid delays due to security or ticket verification procedures.
• The event entry QR code will be available only through the SkillBox mobile application. Ticket holders must download the SkillBox App and log in using the same email address and/or mobile number used at the time of booking to access their ticket and QR code. Failure to access the QR code due to non-compliance with this requirement shall not be the responsibility of SkillBox or the Event Organizer.
• All attendees must carry a valid government-recognized photo identification document for identity and age verification purposes, including but not limited to an Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, or PAN Card.
• Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and consumed by individuals who are of legal drinking age, as determined by the venue's policies and the applicable laws of the territory in which the event is held. All alcohol-related regulations shall be governed by the laws applicable at the event location.
• Attendees may be photographed, filmed, videographed, or sound recorded during the event. Such recordings may be used by the Event Organizer and its affiliates for promotional, advertising, marketing, security, broadcast, publication, archival, or commercial purposes without any further consent, compensation, or notice to attendees.Attendees may be photographed, filmed, videographed, or sound recorded during the event. • The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee from the venue if such attendee is found to be acting in a disruptive, unlawful, dangerous, intoxicated, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate manner. No refund shall be issued in such cases.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, or tampered tickets may be rendered invalid at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer.
• In the event of cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, venue change, artist lineup modification, or any other event-related change, the ticket shall remain valid as determined by the Event Organizer. Except where specifically required by applicable law, neither SkillBox nor the Event Organizer shall be liable for any additional compensation, reimbursement, or consequential losses.
• The Event Organizer shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay, interruption, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, labor disputes, civil unrest, terrorism, war, or other force majeure events.
• By attending the event, each attendee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Event Organizer, venue owners, artists, sponsors, partners, contractors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the attendee’s actions, omissions, misconduct, negligence, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• No refund/replacement on a purchased ticket. Tickets you purchase are for personal use. You must not transfer (or seek to transfer) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms. A breach of this condition will entitle us to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.
• Please do not carry dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, laser devices and bottles to the venue. We may have to eject these things (with or without you) from the venue.
• The sponsors/bands/organizers/management are not responsible for, including but not limited to, any injury or damage that may occur during or at the event.
• No liability or claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink or any other consumption will be entertained by the management.
• Parking near or at the event premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner.
• The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder's appearance on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval of theirs.
• The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the premises.
