Mycelium & Muse: A Science Storytelling Workshop

Join us for "Mycelium & Muse: A Science Storytelling Workshop" at Atta Galatta in Bengaluru on November 22, 2026! This isn’t just another art class; it’s a journey into the roots of creativity itself. Ever thought about where creativity begins? From the first cave scribbles to a bowerbird’s elaborate displays, we’ll explore how creativity exists in all forms of life—even in brainless fungi that can make music! You don’t need a science background to join in on the fun. Expect to hear a mushroom play tunes, create delightfully terrible idea cards, and even write a letter to your future self. This workshop is all about discovering your creative side, no matter how long you've told yourself, “I’m just not the creative type.” Led by Bitasta Datta, a passionate microbiologist and science storyteller, you’ll find that a creative life may not guarantee happiness, but it definitely adds meaning. So come on in and let’s spark some creativity together! 🌱✨
