Hey Yogis! 🌟 Join us for a refreshing morning of UYoga at The Urban Gym, hosted by Friends of The Underline and powered by Baptist Health South Florida. Every Saturday from 9 AM to 10 AM, you can enjoy a free yoga class led by the amazing Anny Noratto. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, everyone is welcome! Don’t forget to register in advance and arrive 15 minutes early with your own mat, water, and towel. The Urban Gym is conveniently located on SW 1st Ave, right before SW 8th Street. You can easily get there by Metrorail, biking, or driving—just check for nearby parking options if you’re coming by car. So roll out your mat and get ready to stretch, breathe, and connect with the community! 🧘♀️✨
