Chicago Ecstatic Dance (Former: Rhythm Sanctuary Chicago)

✨ Welcome to Chicago Ecstatic Dance — Your Midweek Sanctuary of Movement & Expression! ✨ Every Wednesday evening, step into a vibrant space where you can let loose, express yourself, and connect with your body in a way that feels authentic to you. This is your chance to take a break from the hustle and bustle, tuning into the wisdom of your body and embracing the full spectrum of your emotions through movement. Our dance floor transforms into a sanctuary, guided by incredible DJs who create an intentional soundscape that evolves with the energy of the room. Here, you can explore freely—there’s no right or wrong, just pure presence and connection with others. We cherish a few simple agreements to keep this space sacred: no guided instruction, a substance-free environment, and a non-verbal vibe where movement speaks louder than words. So, leave your phones behind and immerse yourself fully in this collective journey. If you're ready to shed your facade and express your true self in a supportive community, we can’t wait to welcome you! Come as you are, move…
