Entry to the Handcrafted Dimsum & Wontons Masterclass. ​What's Included: ◦ ​Mastery: Handcrafted Dimsums & Wontons (Folding, shaping, and steaming techniques) ◦ ​Choice of Fillings: Chicken, Prawn, and Vegetarian ◦ ​Accompaniments: Sunomono Salad, Pickled Vegetable Salad, and Carrot–Ginger Dressing ​All raw ingredients, bamboo steamers, tools, and aprons will be provided at the venue. Includes the tasting session.
