Over three hours, you’ll engage in guided meditation, reflective dialogue, and collective wisdom-sharing, all designed to empower you to tackle today’s challenges with clarity and purpose. Set in a serene spot at Bluff Lake, our gatherings offer both indoor and outdoor spaces, so dress comfortably for the weather and get ready to immerse yourself in the beauty around you. Led by Sheri Peterson, a certified Nature Connected Coach and Transformational Wilderness Guide, these seasonal circles are perfect for anyone aged 16 and up looking to deepen their mindfulness practice.
