The Story & Vibe

Feeling overwhelmed and in need of a release? Join us for the Rage Therapy Workshop at 145 Cafe & Bar! This unique experience invites you to let loose by safely breaking ceramic pieces, allowing you to express your frustrations in a fun and liberating way. Once you've shattered the ceramics, you’ll slow down and embrace the art of Kintsugi, where you’ll learn to transform those broken bits into a stunning piece of art. Instead of hiding the cracks, you’ll highlight them, celebrating imperfections and reminding yourself that beauty can emerge from chaos. No prior experience is needed—just bring your emotions, creativity, and an open mind. Whether you come solo or with friends, this workshop is the perfect escape to turn what feels broken into something truly beautiful. So, break it, feel it, fix it, and make it your own!
