The Story & Vibe

Join us for the Cycling UK in Scotland Annual Gathering on Saturday, October 31, at the Augustine United Church Hall in Edinburgh! Whether you're a Cycling UK member or just curious about what we do, this free event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow cycling enthusiasts. Get ready for a day packed with inspiring talks! Hear from Gaelic-speaking mountain biker Kerry McPhee as he shares his adventures in the Atlas Mountains and the Silk Road, and learn about his work setting up community cycling groups. Endurance cyclist Christina Maczenzie, who holds the LEJOG world record, will share her incredible journey of recovery and resilience. Plus, engage in a lively panel discussion on cycling advocacy and hear updates on exciting projects and initiatives from Cycling UK. We'll kick things off with tea and coffee at 10:30 AM, followed by a light lunch and the main event starting at 11 AM. Tickets are free, but you can choose to contribute if you’d like. Come for the cycling, stay for the community! 🚴‍♂️✨
