- Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management. - No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue - People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry. - Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event. - Venue rules apply. - Strobe lighting and other intense lighting effects will be used during the show. These may not be suitable or safe for individuals with epilepsy or other conditions involving sensitivity to light. - The Organizer and/or the Artist and her team reserve the right to use any photographs, videos, graphics or other forms of media captured, shot or recorded by visitors at the Concert and shared on public platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and blogs. Such content may be used for commercial, advertising, branding, publicity and promotional purposes, in perpetuity. - By purchasing and/or holding this ticket, the ticket holder grants the Organizer and/or the Artist and her team the irrevocable right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of any recording, video footage or still images in which the ticket holder may appear. Such content may be used, without further approval or compensation, across any channel, publication or media globally for broadcast, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Concert. - Audio or video recording of the show using professional equipment is strictly prohibited. Ticket holders must not make, create, store, record, transmit, reproduce or commercially or non-commercially exploit any sound recording, visual footage or other information/data relating to the event. The Organizer reserves the right to remove or eject any person found violating this provision. - The Organizer and/or the Artist shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage or theft occurring during the event. No liability claims relating to food, pollution or any other form of consumption-related poisoning will be entertained. - In the event of any legal dispute arising in connection with the Concert or these Terms & Conditions, the courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction. - Event details may change at the sole discretion of the organizer. - Attendees may reserve their tickets and any applicable add-ons (as communicated through District) by paying 50% of the total amount at checkout. The remaining balance must be paid by the date shown to you on the District application / website while reserving your ticket(s) (“Due Date”). - Only attendees who book tickets and applicable add-ons on District before the date as intimated by District (in its sole discretion) are eligible for the “Pay 50% and reserve” option. - Tickets and add-ons will be confirmed only after full payment is successfully received on or before the Due Date. - Tickets to the event or a particular category or any add-ons (if applicable) may appear as “Sold Out” on the District platform due to reservations made by other attendees. Such tickets to the event or a particular category or any add-ons (if applicable) may re-open and be listed for sale on the District platform at a price determined by the organiser in case any attendee fails to pay the remaining balance by the respective Due Date. - Event photos:

• A Dropbox link to event photos will be shared with attendees within 3-5 days of the event's completion.
• Memorabilia Kit: The Memorabilia Kit will be handed to the customer on the day of the event.
• Security: Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the organiser/management. Attendees must comply with security searches and follow instructions from security personnel at the venue at all times.
• Minimum age: The minimum age for entry is 3 years.
• Ticket limits: There is no cap on the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased.
• Accessibility: Wheelchair access will be provided at the venue.
• "U-First Experience" – Terms & Conditions
• Eligibility and Purchase Requirements: Valid Concert Ticket Requirement: To purchase the "U-First" Experience, the purchaser must buy a valid, confirmed ticket (any category) for the corresponding concert date of the Tour. The U-First experience may be purchased simultaneously with the concert ticket in the same transaction, or later as a standalone add-on. The Experience is an upgrade and does not grant entry to the concert itself.
• Purchase Limit: The "U-First" Experience is strictly limited to 50 Pax (seats) per concert per city..
• Sales Mechanism: The Experience will be sold on a First Come, First Served basis..
• Inclusions (What You Get) : Sound Check Access: Attendees can access the pre-show Soundcheck for the concert date for which they bought the concert ticket. The U-First Experience is tied to that concert date and cannot be used for any other concert of the Artist..
• Individual Photo Opportunity: Attendees get the opportunity to click a photo individually with the Artist..
• Exclusive Tour Memorabilia Kit: Attendees receive a tour Memorabilia kit exclusive to this fan experience. The kit cannot be bought by people outside the U-First experience as a general purchase.
• Exclusions and Restrictions: General Admission: Purchase of the "U-First" experience does not replace or include the standard concert ticket required for show entry..
• Photography/Recording: Use of mobile phones, cameras, or any audio/video recording devices is strictly prohibited during the U-First Experience, including but not limited to Soundcheck, backstage areas, or any restricted zones..
• Attendees must switch off and securely store all such devices when instructed by the Tour Manager..
• The Artist's team and Venue security may temporarily confiscate any device used in violation for the duration of the event, and may permanently delete any videos/photos/audios recorded on such devices..
• The Tour Management reserves the right to modify, shorten, delay, or restructure any part of the U-First Experience due to technical, operational, safety, or health reasons..
• Limited Liability: Neither the Artist, Tour Management, nor the Venue is liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising directly or indirectly from participation..
• Lost or Damaged Items: The Tour and Venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Photo Opportunity Rules: Photography: Only officially designated photographers may take photos with the Artist. A Dropbox link (or any other secure file-sharing link as notified) will be shared, with all photos uploaded to it..
• No Personal Devices: Personal cameras, phones, or recording devices may not be used to take photos, videos, or record any audio..
• No Touching: Physical contact with the Artist (hugging, holding, touching hands, etc.) is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted by the Artist..
• Usage Rights: Photos are for personal use only and may not be sold, used commercially, or used in promotional materials without written approval from the Artist's management..
• Resale & Transfer Restrictions: Non-Transferable: The U-First Experience is personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred or assigned..
• No Resale: Reselling, auctioning, or offering the Experience for resale on any platform (including third-party ticketing websites) is strictly prohibited..

- All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If an event is rescheduled, you may choose to retain your ticket for the rescheduled date or opt for a refund. - The Organizer reserves the right, without refund or any other recourse, to refuse admission to any person found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions. The Organizer may also, at its sole discretion, eject the ticket holder from the Venue after entry in the event of any violation. - If the remaining balance is not paid by the Due Date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and notwithstanding anything contrary stated elsewhere, the initial 50% Reservation Amount will be forfeited and non-refundable. - Pricing:

• An attendee found using, attempting to use, or possessing an active recording device in violation will be immediately removed from the U-First Experience without refund..
