Professional course: Constructive confrontation

Are you ready to tackle confrontation head-on? Join us for a one-day training at The School of Life in Amsterdam, where you'll learn to navigate those tricky conversations with confidence and clarity. Whether it’s a pushy colleague or feeling overlooked at work, avoiding confrontation can lead to frustration. But with the right skills, you can turn these moments into opportunities for growth. In this engaging workshop, you’ll discover how to express yourself honestly and tactfully, set boundaries, and improve your communication skills—all while building stronger relationships with your colleagues. You’ll explore your own conflict style and practice techniques tailored to your real-life work situations, all in a supportive group setting. Plus, enjoy a delicious homemade vegetarian lunch to keep your energy up! Led by Amir Carmel, an expert in workplace dynamics, this training is open to everyone and designed to help you confront challenges thoughtfully rather than shying away or forcing your point. So, why not invest in your professional development and learn to engage with confrontation in a way that feels authentic and constructive?
