Santa Monica Symphony presents: Voices of Innocence

Join the Santa Monica Symphony for an enchanting evening titled "Voices of Innocence" on November 22, 2026, at the John Adams Middle School Performing Arts Center. Experience the magic of Mahler’s Symphony No. 4, which paints a serene picture of a child's innocent vision of heaven, filled with joy and benevolent saints. In contrast, Todd Mason's world premiere piece, *Of Rose and Ice*, inspired by a poignant anti-war poem, challenges us to face the harsh truths of conflict while offering a glimmer of hope for spiritual renewal. Featuring the angelic voice of soprano Sarah Lonsert, who has performed alongside legends like Andrea Bocelli and recorded with John Williams, this concert promises to be a captivating blend of beauty and reflection. Best of all, it's free! Just remember to arrive early for the best seating, as it's first-come, first-served. Come and immerse yourself in a night of music that explores the delicate balance between innocence and reality. 🎶
