The Story & Vibe
Join us for a captivating evening with "The Misanthrope," a modern twist on Molière’s classic, featuring the incredible Sandra Oh! 🎭 As Alice, a sharp-witted novelist, she takes on the lies of today’s society, but her truth-telling sparks fierce reactions from those around her. This live performance, filmed at the National Theatre and directed by Indhu Rubasingham, promises a blend of heart, humor, and thought-provoking moments. Expect to be entertained and challenged as Alice navigates the tricky waters of honesty in a world that often prefers silence. Don’t miss this engaging experience at the Ulverstone Civic Centre on November 8, 2026!
