Young Frankenstein

Get ready for a night of laughter and musical mayhem with *Young Frankenstein*! This gloriously silly musical comedy takes everything you love about classic horror and turns it into a Broadway spectacle that’s pure joy. When the serious Dr. Frederick Frankenstein (that’s “Fronk-en-steen,” thank you very much) inherits his grandfather’s spooky estate, he tries to escape his family's notorious legacy. But fate has other plans! With the help of the quirky Igor (yes, “Eye-gor”) and the dazzling Inga, Frederick finds himself in a whirlwind of high-voltage experiments, catchy tunes, and a tap-dancing monster who can really move! Expect showstopping numbers like “The Transylvania Mania” and “Puttin’ on the Ritz” that will have you singing and laughing all night long. Join us at Theatre Works in St Kilda on October 8, 2026, for a wildly entertaining experience that’s sure to tickle your funny bone and ignite your love for theatrical fun.
