Join us on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 7:00 AM for a fun and friendly 5 km run along the beautiful shoreline. You'll enjoy a guided warm-up, the chance to run at your own pace, and a cool-down stretch afterward. Plus, don't miss out on our exciting raffle with prizes from Reebok! Just bring your running shoes, a water bottle, and some sunscreen, and you're all set. Hosted by F45 Global Athlete John Karpathakis and the vibrant F45 community in Dubai, this is a great way to meet new friends and get moving. Spots are limited, so be sure to register and feel free to bring a buddy along!
