Refund:

• If you cancel your ticket(s) within the specified cancellation period, you can choose a cash refund of 90% of the amount paid — issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (any part paid with ATF credits is returned as credits instantly) — or an instant refund of 100% as ATF credits.
• Event Postponement or Cancellation: In the event of a live event's postponement or cancellation, we will automatically provide refunds to ticket holders. You will be informed of the refund process and the expected timeline.
• Partial Refund: If an event is rescheduled or altered in a way that allows you to attend, but you choose not to, a partial refund may be applicable. The specific refund amount will depend on event-specific policies and circumstances.
• Ticket Transfer: In many cases, if you can no longer attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us for assistance with this process.
• Disputes: If you encounter issues with your event ticket or believe a refund is warranted, please reach out to our customer support team. We are committed to finding a fair and satisfactory solution to your concerns.

Cancellation Period:

• By default, you have the right to cancel your event ticket(s) up to 48 hours before the event starts. Some events allow cancellations until the event starts — the My Tickets page shows the exact deadline for your order. After this period, no cancellations will be entertained.
• How to Cancel: You can cancel your event ticket(s) yourself from the My Tickets page — tap "Cancel My Order" and choose the tickets to cancel. You may also contact our customer support team via Instagram with your order details.
• Event-Specific Policies: Some live events have unique cancellation policies set by the event organizers. We will do our best to communicate these policies to you during the purchase process. Please review and understand these policies before purchasing tickets.
