- Authorised Ticketing:

• Tickets for IBAADAT – A Journey of Soul are sold exclusively through Skill Box , the sole authorised ticketing platform for the tour. Tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers, agents, resellers, or third-party sources may be invalid and will not be the responsibility of the Organiser or Skill Box.
• Ticket Validity: Each ticket is valid only for the city, venue, date, time, and ticket category selected at the time of purchase. A valid digital ticket, QR code, or barcode must be presented at entry. Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise specified.
• Ticket Sales & Refunds: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable . Refunds will not ordinarily be issued for change of plans, inability to attend, late arrival, travel issues, or failure to attend.
• Event Changes: The Organiser reserves the right to modify event timings, supporting artists, programme, production elements, or other arrangements where reasonably necessary. Such changes shall not automatically entitle a Ticket Holder to a refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly announced by the Organiser.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: In the event of cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling, the Organiser will communicate the applicable arrangements, including ticket validity, refund eligibility, and the refund process, through official channels and/or Skill Box. Any approved refund will be processed through the designated Skill Box process.
• Entry & Security: Entry is subject to venue capacity, security checks, and applicable venue rules. Ticket Holders may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID. The Organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose conduct or belongings present a safety, security, or operational risk.
• Prohibited Items: Weapons, explosives, fireworks, flammable or hazardous substances, illegal drugs, glass containers, drones, laser pointers, professional recording equipment, and any other items prohibited by the venue or security authorities are not permitted. The prohibited-items list may vary by venue.
• Conduct: Fighting, harassment, abusive or disorderly behaviour, unauthorised access to restricted areas, damage to property, or violation of venue rules may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without refund.
• Age Policy: Entry shall be subject to the age restrictions specified on the relevant Skill Box event page. Valid age or identity proof may be requested.
• Photography & Recording: By attending the Event, Ticket Holders acknowledge that photography, filming, recording, and livestreaming may take place. The Organiser and its authorised partners may use such footage, including incidental images or recordings of attendees, for Event documentation, publicity, promotional, broadcast, and digital purposes, subject to applicable law.
• Personal Recording: Personal photography and short video recording may be permitted, subject to venue rules. Professional cameras, recording equipment, livestreaming, commercial recording, or rebroadcasting are prohibited without prior written authorisation.
• Personal Belongings & Parking: Ticket Holders are responsible for their personal belongings. The Organiser and venue shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage, except to the extent required by applicable law. Parking, where available, is subject to venue capacity, availability, and separate parking rules.
• Force Majeure: The Organiser shall not be liable for delay, interruption, postponement, relocation, modification, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, venue emergencies, technical failures, or artist-related circumstances. Applicable refund or rescheduling arrangements will be communicated where relevant.
• Ticket Resale & Transfer: Unauthorised resale, duplication, commercial exploitation, or fraudulent use of tickets is prohibited. Any permitted ticket transfer shall be subject to Skill Box’s applicable facilities and policies.
• Support & Acceptance: For booking, payment, ticket delivery, or ticket-related queries, please contact Skill Box through its official support channels. By purchasing or using a ticket, the Ticket Holder agrees to these Terms, the applicable Skill Box terms, and the venue rules.
