- Guests must behave respectfully toward the creator, staff, venue, and other attendees.
- Please arrive on time and follow the confirmed schedule.
- Harassment, abuse, intoxicated misconduct, or illegal activity is not allowed.
- Venue rules, safety instructions, and local laws must be followed at all times.
- The creator may refuse entry or remove anyone who violates these guidelines.
All ACCESSLY experiences are public or structured group activities. Active moderation and reporting systems are in place.
Refund Policy:
- Full refund available up to 72 hours before the scheduled experience.
- For cancellations between 72 and 24 hours before the event, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No refunds are issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the event start time.
- If the creator cancels the event, attendees will receive a full refund or be offered a mutually agreeable rescheduled date.
- To request a refund, attendees should contact support with their order ID.
Cancellation Policy:
- The creator may cancel or postpone the experience due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, force majeure, severe weather).
- If the creator cancels, attendees will be offered either a full refund or an option to attend a rescheduled date.
- If attendees request cancellation, refunds are handled according to the refund policy above.
- The creator will provide notice via the platform and contact details provided with the booking.
