The Story & Vibe
Get ready for a powerful cinematic experience with "Warrendale," directed by Allan King. This Cannes prize-winning film takes you inside the Warrendale residential treatment center near Toronto, where you'll witness the daily lives of twelve emotionally disturbed children and their dedicated staff. Shot over five weeks without narration or direction, King captures the raw, unfiltered moments that unfold, creating what he calls “actuality drama.” Join us at Angala in Bengaluru for this unique screening, part of our special two-month curation based on member recommendations. Don’t miss your chance to see this thought-provoking film as we wrap up our year of curated selections in 2026. It’s a perfect outing for beginners and great for groups—come and experience the emotional depth of "Warrendale"! 🎥✨
