A Golden Seam: Of Birth, Breath and Becoming

Join us for "A Golden Seam: Of Birth, Breath and Becoming," a heartfelt solo performance by the talented Shaw Pong Liu. This immersive experience dives into the complex journey of motherhood, exploring themes of birth, loss, and transformation through a blend of storytelling and music. With direction by Giselle Byrd, you'll be invited to reflect individually while also feeling a sense of community connection. As part of this special event, we’re honoring the local organizations that support families through life's ups and downs. All performances are free, but you can choose to make a sliding-scale donation to help these vital resources: Neighborhood Birth Center, Propa City Community Outreach, and Legacy Lives On. Join us on Saturday, Oct 24 for our Artistic Premiere and a festive post-show reception, or come back on Sunday, Oct 25 for our Community Celebration Performance, where you can meet the organizations making a difference. Arrive early for the best seating, and get ready for a powerful evening that celebrates the journey of becoming a parent! 🌟
