- Please note that all registrations and tickets are available on the District mobile application and website and other channels (including offline channels). Do not purchase tickets from any unauthorised parties, third party platforms or other unofficial sources claiming to issue or sell tickets. Beware of counterfeit tickets. Any ticket purchased from any unauthorised parties or other unofficial sources will be considered invalid and holders of these tickets will be denied entry to the event, with the organiser having no liability to compensate or reimburse you for the tickets purchased or expenses incurred for attending the event. - Each attendee can buy a maximum of ten (10) tickets per transaction across categories for the event. Additionally, tickets can be booked for only one event per transaction, and attendees cannot book tickets for multiple cities within the same transaction. - The details of each ticket category is given under the ‘book tickets’ section on the District application and website. - Additional ticket categories may be added as per the sole discretion of the organiser. - Attendees are advised to keep their booking confirmation, tickets and NFC Band with the attendee at all times during the event. - No duplicate NFC Band will be issued for lost, tampered or stolen NFC Band. The attendees will be required to purchase a new ticket on account of a lost, stolen or tampered NFC Band. - The attendees will be mandatorily required to wear the NFC Band at all times while attending the event. If the NFC Band is removed or tampered with, it will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced by the organiser. The NFC Band may be cut only upon exit from the Event. In case the NFC Band is lost or missing, the attendees may be asked to leave the event as per the discretion of the organiser. - In the event, the NFC Band is not delivered to an attendee, the attendee will receive a unique QR code which will be required to be shown at the event venue by the attendee after which the NFC Band will be provided to the attendee. A ticket will not be counted as a valid ticket if the NFC Band has been tampered with and cannot be scanned at the event. - The attendees agree and acknowledge that any inaccuracies or errors in the delivery address may result in a delay or failure to receive the NFC Band. The organiser will not be held liable for any consequences arising from such inaccuracies or errors attributable to the attendee in any manner whatsoever. - In the event if the NFC Band is to be collected from the event’s venue the pick-up details will be intimated to the attendees by the organiser on or before the event. The attendees can only pick-up the NFC Band from the location intimated to the attendees by the organiser. - The attendee(s) will be solely responsible for any damage, loss, destruction, mutilation or wastage of the Wearable Band which occurs for any reason except those related to packaging issues. If the attendee(s) receives a damaged Wearable Band due to packaging issues, the Attendee(s) should not take delivery of the Wearable Band and hand it back to the delivery personnel. Accepting delivery shall exempt ticketing platform(s) from all liability for damage to the Wearable Band arising because of packaging issues and Ticketing Platform(s) shall not be responsible to compensate the Attendee(s) for such damage or provide the Attendee(s) a new Wearable Band. - Event details including change in artist or artist line up, ticket price, category of tickets, venues, dates, location etc. may change at the sole discretion of the organiser. All announcements will be on the District app, District social media pages, website and/or communicated via email / SMS / push notifications. - Only persons of ages above 7 are allowed in the Event. Minors have to be accompanied by an adult and/or legal guardian upon entry and at all times during the event. - The organiser specifies that access to different areas of the event is as per the tickets category. In no circumstance will any cross-category movement of ticket holders be allowed. Movement, entry or access including but not limited to the backstage area, restricted access areas, office area and other special access areas at the event, unless otherwise allowed by the organiser as per its sole discretion. - Attendees may reserve their tickets and any applicable add-ons (as communicated through District) by paying 25% of the total amount at checkout. The remaining balance must be paid by the date shown to you on the District application / website while reserving your ticket(s) (“Due Date”). Additionally, the Due Date may also be communicated to you through email / WhatsApp . - Only attendees who book tickets and applicable add-ons on the District before December 14, 2026 or the date as intimated by District (in its sole discretion) are eligible for the “Pay 25% and reserve” option. - Tickets and add-ons will be confirmed only after full payment is successfully received on or before the Due Date. - Backpacks, handbags and other baggage are not allowed inside the venue. Small single compartment bags like sling bags, handbags, tote bags etc are allowed. Bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12” are prohibited, this includes hydration packs as well. There is NO storage facility available at the event. - Box offices and entry to the event will close at 9:

• 00 PM on the day of the event. Organisers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
• Organisers or District or any of their agents, officers and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
• Parking near or at the venue premises (if available and permissible) is at the risk of the vehicle owner. District will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the venue.
• Consumption and sale of illegal substances (including cigarettes) is strictly prohibited.
• Professional and hand held cameras (such as polaroid cameras), any form of recording instruments (audio, video and/or audio-video), arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol, cigarettes are not allowed from outside the venue. Food and beverages will be available inside the venue for purchase.
• Rights of admission reserved, even to valid ticket holders.
• The terms and conditions for the purchase of food and beverages, sale of merchandise items will be communicated by the event organiser to the attendee(s) at or prior to the event.
• District will not be held responsible, legally, financially or otherwise, (i) for any personal property that is left, lost, stolen, destroyed, confiscated, damaged or misplaced anywhere in the venue or at venue access/entry points, or (ii) for personal injuries sustained by attendee(s) arising from, or relating to, the following non-exhaustive list: extremely loud sounds and special effects, such as flashing lights, rapidly changing or alternating images, the use of fog, haze or smoke with theatrical stage lighting, laser projections, strobe lights and fireworks, whether such injuries or manifestation of such injuries occur during or subsequent to the event. The attendee(s) further agree and acknowledge that the organiser or the Ticketing Platform(s) will have no legal obligation to mitigate any Attendee(s) potential or actual losses sustained during the event.
• The attendee understands and agrees that the event may be photographed, filmed, live-streamed (including simulcast and delayed broadcast), recorded, transmitted, or otherwise captured by the organiser and its authorised partners (including any digital streaming platforms, broadcasters, or media partners). By entering the event venue, the attendee irrevocably grants the organiser and its partners the right to capture, record, use, reproduce, transmit, broadcast, live-stream, re-stream, publish, display, adapt, modify, edit, and exploit the attendee’s image, voice, likeness, name, actions, and appearance—whether individually or as part of a crowd—in any form of media (now known or later developed), worldwide, in perpetuity, and for any purpose whatsoever, including commercial, advertising, sponsorship, branding, promotion, and archival purposes, without any compensation or further notice. The attendee expressly acknowledges and consents that such capture may include crowd shots, incidental or background audio, close-range images, reactions, and any images of the attendee appearing beneath or alongside advertising overlays, sponsor integrations, graphics, captions, tickers, or other broadcast elements included by the Organiser or its streaming partners. The attendee waives any right to inspect, approve, or object to the manner in which their appearance or voice is used, edited, modified, or incorporated into the broadcast or promotional materials. The attendee further agrees that any photos, videos, or other content captured by them at the event and posted on public platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, blogs, or similar) may be used, reposted, reproduced, or otherwise exploited by the organiser for promotional, advertising, branding, commercial, and any other event-related purposes, without credit, compensation, or further consent. The attendee releases and forever discharges the organiser, the event partners, performers, sponsors, broadcasters, and streaming platforms from any claims arising from such use, including claims based on privacy, publicity, defamation, likeness, personality rights or intellectual-property rights.
• Consumption of narcotics or drugs is illegal and those found in possession of or consuming narcotics at the event will be evicted from the event/venue and handed over to the authorities.
• Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
• Please note the following items are strictly prohibited in the venue during the event: GoPro cameras, Backpacks, Liquor, outside food/eatables, cigarettes, sharp objects, hand held cameras, pets, e-cigarettes, lighters, drones, weapons, inflammable substances, helmets, illegal substances, perfume and deodorants.
• No liability on claims of food, pollution and other consumption poisonings will be entertained.
• The sponsors/performers/organisers/District are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
• Venue rules apply.
• The performances and content shared at the event are purely intended for the purposes of entertainment. The organiser and District shall not be responsible or liable for any claims resulting from an artist's performance at the event.
• The first-aid/ basic medical facilities shall be available at the event during the event duration. An ambulance on stand-by will be present at the event in case of an emergency. If an attendee meets with an injury or a health issue occurs for which the resources are not available at the event, the organiser will put in their best efforts to help and assist with any such emergency, however the organiser does not take any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss/harm/injury to the attendee at the event.
• The attendees are advised to take all necessary precautions during the event. The organiser / District assumes no liability if any attendee suffers any medical condition while attending the event.
• The organiser / District will not be responsible for any ill/harmful/negative/allergic effects of food items or drinks consumed at the event by the attendee.
• These terms will be governed by the laws of India and the courts of New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising out of or in relation to these terms or the event.
• Consumption and sale of illegal and banned substances is strictly prohibited at the event and anyone found consuming, selling or possessing such illegal substances will be immediately handed over to the appropriate authorities.
• By using the platform, attendees agree to the collection, use, and processing of attendees data (including attendee’s personal data) in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• The views and opinions expressed by the artist(s), or acts of the artist, during the performance or otherwise, are solely their own and do not reflect those of the organiser or District.
• Entry to the event is subject to acceptance of these terms. The organiser and district solely reserves the right to amend, alter or modify these terms without any prior notice / intimation. The decision of the organiser and/or District is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard by the organiser and/or District.
• The attendees agree and acknowledge that the number of tickets for each category to be made available for sale to the attendees for the event shall be at the sole discretion of the organiser and the organiser shall have the right to retain any number of tickets to be given offline, either by sale or complimentary.
• The attendees at the event will be required to ensure that they cooperate with the organiser’s and District's team at the event in an ethical and a polite way.
• In respect of the tickets purchased by the attendees, the organiser will issue tax invoices as per applicable laws and common business practices.
• The attendees will not be allowed to bring pets at the event.
• The attendees hereby assume all risks, whether or not expressly set forth in these terms, as well as any risks or dangers incidental to, or in any way relating, the event, the purchase of tickets hereunder including those arising from, or relating to, the acts or omissions of third parties (including artists, other attendee(s), venue provider, operators, staff, employees, members, partners, agents, designees or third party service providers), including risk of loss or damage to attendees personal property and risk of personal injury (mental or physical).
• The organiser’s / District’s aggregate liability in any scenario whatsoever will not exceed the total gross transaction value under which the claim arose.
• Any information and data submitted by the attendees for the event, including without limitation any personal information etc. will be governed by the privacy policy available at https: //www.district.in/policies/privacy/ and privacy policy and terms of the respective third partner where the attendees submit their data during, after or prior to the event, as may be applicable.
• Experiences are chargeable at the venue.
• If an attendee is bringing a minor (as per law), such parent/legal guardian confirms that they have the full legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of the minor.
• The attendee accepts full responsibility for the minor’s conduct, safety, and wellbeing while attending the event.
• The parent/guardian confirms the minor is physically and medically fit to attend the event.
• Movement or disruption due to loud sounds, special effects, lighting, fireworks or staging may occur. Attendees accept such risks by entering the festival.
• The attendee accepts full responsibility of minor’s conduct, safety, and wellbeing while participating and attending the event. In addition to the provisions stated above or elsewhere in the term, the parent or legal guardian:
• Confirms that they are above 18 years of age and under no legal or contractual disability/impediment to accept these Terms and provide consent on behalf of themselves and any accompanying minor(s).
• Acknowledges that participation in the performances, entertainment, hospitality, and allied activities and/or attractions is entirely voluntary and undertaken with full knowledge and consent.
• Agrees that they are solely responsible for the safety, supervision, conduct, and well-being of the minor(s) and any accompanying family members at all times during the event, as stated above.
• Mobile network issues, failed UPI/credit/debit transactions or connectivity loss may occur. The organiser will not be liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. All decisions of the organiser are final and binding.
• The organiser reserves the right to offer, alter, extend or withdraw, as the case may be, any promotional offers, discounts extended by organiser or any partner associated with the organiser for the event. In such cases, such revision will be updated on the District Platform by the organiser from time to time.
• The attendees hereby assume all risks, whether or not expressly set forth in these terms, as well as any risks or dangers incidental to, or in any way relating, the event, the purchase of tickets hereunder including those arising from, or relating to, the acts or omissions of third parties (including artists, other attendee(s), venue provider, operators, staff, employees, members, partners, agents, designees or third party service providers), including risk of loss or damage to attendees personal property and risk of personal injury (mental or physical)

- Wearable / NFC Band / District Smart Band:

• The attendees will ensure to carry the NFC Band that permits admission/entry to one person only. Access to the event will be via scanning at the turnstiles or via hand scanners of the NFC Band that will be delivered to each attendee by the organiser or if not delivered the attendees may collect the NFC band from the box-office at the event venue. “NFC Band” shall be the band which allows the attendees entry in the form of tickets via turnstiles/handheld scanners to the event. NFC band must be topped up responsibly. Credits in multiple bands may not be merged and any leftover credits from a top-up transaction are non-refundable unless the contrary is informed by District in its sole discretion.
• The NFC Band will be delivered to the attendees by the organiser at the address provided by the attendees at time of purchasing the ticket(s). The ticket handling fee (if any) will not be refunded for any reason beyond the control of the organiser including but not limited to delivery address provided is incorrect, the premise of the delivery address is closed etc. The attendees will at all times be responsible to collect the NFC Band at the delivery address provided by the attendees. Notwithstanding the above, tickets/NFC Bands will not be delivered to the attendees who have purchased tickets after the home delivery option has been closed and such attendees shall be responsible to pick up the tickets from the box office present at the event's venue.
• If the remaining balance is not paid by the Due Date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the initial 25% Reservation Amount will be forfeited and non-refundable.
• Attendees (excluding the attendees who have opted for Pay 25% and reserve) can opt-in to pay the Refund Guarantee Fee (as shown on the app) which allows the attendees to cancel eligible tickets up to 10 days prior to the respective event day (i.e cancellation request by 12: 00 AM on 13th January 2027 at the latest for tickets held to the Event organised in Bengaluru, and by 12: 00 AM on 17th January 2027 at the latest for tickets held to the Event organised in Mumbai) and receive a refund of the ticket value (net of discounts availed) back to the source account. The refund guarantee benefit is limited to a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction per show.
• Refund option is only available for customers who have paid the Refund Guarantee Fee.
• The Refund Guarantee Fee is non-refundable (except in case of event cancellation).
• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated elsewhere, ⁠refunds shall not be eligible in case of rescheduling and postponing of the Event and any such instance.
• Notwithstanding anything contrary stated elsewhere, reserve now pay later feature cannot be availed if Refund Guarantee Fee is availed.
• The refund amount shall be limited to the ticket sale amount actually paid by the customer (net of any discounts or promotional offers availed) along with applicable taxes paid on the ticket sale amount. Discounts, travel packages, convenience fees, delivery charges, platform charges, applicable taxes (including GST) and other ancillary and incidental expenses incurred by you (including travel costs) are not included in the refund.
• The Refund Guarantee Fee plan must be purchased at the time of ticket booking for the relevant event and cannot be added after the transaction has been completed.
• Refund Guarantee is applicable only to valid tickets purchased directly through the District platform. Tickets purchased via resellers, secondary marketplaces, or unauthorised third parties are not eligible.
• Refunds under Refund Guarantee Fee plan shall only be applicable where the customer cancels the ticket at least 10 days prior to the event start date. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event start time are not eligible for any refund. For the purpose of clarity, the customer must initiate their refund request by 12: 00 AM on 13th January 2027 at the latest for tickets held to the Event organised in Bengaluru, and by 12: 00 AM on 17th January 2027 at the latest for tickets held to the Event organised in Mumbai.
• The “Refund on Cancellation” feature applies only to cancellations initiated by the customer who originally booked the tickets.
• The “Refund on Cancellation” feature plan does not apply and the plan shall be deemed to be null and void if the event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or modified by the organiser, venue, or performer. Any cancellations due to government mandates, travel bans, or acts of God (e.g., extreme weather, terrorism), pandemic-like situations are not covered under this plan.
• All eligible refunds shall be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• Eligible refunds shall be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date of cancellation initiated by the customer, unless otherwise communicated by District via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
• Tickets once purchased are non-refundable (subject to refund guarantee fee as mentioned above) and non-cancellable unless otherwise permitted by the organiser as per its sole discretion. In such a scenario where the attendee cancels or does not attend the event, no amount will be refunded to the attendees. No refund on a purchased ticket is possible, even in case of any rescheduling unless otherwise communicated by District and/or organiser in their sole discretion.
• The event is subject to government permission. In case the permissions are not granted and the event is cancelled, a full refund of only the transaction amount (“Refund Value”) shall be issued to all patrons. Other than the Refund Value (if applicable), District / organiser shall have no further liability or obligation to the attendee of any nature whatsoever.
• Resale (or attempted resale) of a ticket is not permitted and would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation. The resale of tickets including listing of tickets for resale on third party platforms by any person is an unlawful act and will lead to cancellation of such tickets and may further lead to legal and other consequences subject to the discretion of the relevant government authorities and the organiser or District.
• Organisers reserve the right to perform security checks (including frisking) on invitees/members and their bags of the audience at the entry point for security reasons. In-case anyone is found violating the rules, will be asked to vacate or denied entry into the event despite holding a valid ticket without any refund.
• Organiser or District shall not be liable for any refunds for the tickets purchased from any third-party.
• The organiser and District will not be liable or responsible to the attendees nor be deemed to have defaulted under these terms for any failure, default or delay in fulfilling or performing any of its obligations under these terms when and to the extent such failure, default or delay is caused by or results from a Force Majeure Event. “Force Majeure Event” will mean occurrence of an act, event, omission or accident beyond the reasonable control of the organiser and District including natural disasters such as wildfires, earthquakes, storm, flooding, lightning strikes, lock-outs, industrial action, tsunamis, rain, fire, accident, riots, war (threatened or actual), terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic (including the COVID-19 pandemic and related restrictions), civil commotion or turmoil, breakdown of communication facilities, curfew, breakdown of web host or internet services, actions or embargoes or blockades introduced by the government or any other authority having the right to do so, national or regional emergencies, subsidence, invasion, political unrest, any governmental acts or omissions, any change in applicable laws or regulations, the effects of which cannot reasonably have been avoided or mitigated prior to the change coming into effect, travel restrictions or advisory issued by the government, timeline restriction advisory issued by respective governments, interruption or delay of transportation services, interruption or failure of utility services, national strikes, explosion, military action, or any other similar events. The only liability of the organiser and District in case of a Force Majeure Event to the attendees will be a refund of the Refund Value. Other than the Refund Value (if applicable), District / organiser shall have no further liability or obligation to the attendee of any nature whatsoever.
• The organiser, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change, modify, reschedule or cancel any of the billed attraction or any other attraction without any liability and will not be liable to give any refund to the attendees for any such change, modification, rescheduling or cancellation of any billed attractions at the event.
• No refund will be provided to the attendees by the organiser for reasons not covered or stated in these terms.

• District (ticketing platform) acts solely as an independent ticketing service provider and is not the organiser, producer, or promoter of the event for which tickets are sold. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, District shall have no responsibility or liability for any changes to the event, cancellations, postponements, or any issues arising from or related to the event itself. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that District’s (ticketing platform) role is limited to facilitating the sale of tickets on behalf of the event organiser.
• The organiser, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change, modify, reschedule or cancel any of the billed attraction or any other attraction without any liability and will not be liable to give any refund to the attendees for any such change, modification, rescheduling or cancellation of any billed attractions at the event.
