The Story & Vibe
Join us for the Monthly AWAKEN Constellations Workshop, where helping professionals and teaching artists in Los Angeles come together to explore their true calling! On Friday, September 24, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, immerse yourself in a unique blend of Buddhist awareness practices, somatic tracking, and authentic movement. This workshop is all about deepening your connection to self and others through embodied practices. You'll engage in short intros, dyadic movement, and group constellations that allow you to externalize and understand your inner parts. Expect to leave with tools for tracking your somatic experiences and insights into your protective parts, all within a supportive community. Whether you're looking to enhance your personal growth or professional practice, this workshop offers a safe space for exploration and connection. Plus, it’s donation-based, making it accessible for everyone. Come discover how your own healing journey can illuminate your path to joy and fulfillment! 🌟
