From Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, you'll enjoy a thoughtfully crafted journey that builds on each experience. Expect engaging sessions that include movement, Pilates, and sound, alongside shared seasonal food and dedicated recovery spaces. Plus, unwind after our final session at Hytte with sauna and ice bath options.
