Lean Agile Scotland 2026

Join us for Lean Agile Scotland 2026, happening on October 29-30 at the stunning John McIntyre Conference Centre in Edinburgh! This is your chance to dive into the world of lean and agile practices with Europe’s longest-running practitioner-led conference. Forget about vendor pitches—this event is all about real conversations and practical insights from fellow practitioners. With a focus on “The Age of Disruption,” this year’s theme tackles the impact of AI, automation, and evolving team dynamics. You’ll have access to 32 speakers, 17 talks, and 6 hands-on workshops, plus the opportunity to engage in lean coffees where you can share ideas and experiences. Expect a vibrant atmosphere where you can design your own experience across multiple tracks, enjoy well-being features like chair massages and a barista café, and connect with industry leaders. Plus, don’t miss the chance to explore Edinburgh and the Samhuinn Fire Festival right after the conference! Whether you’re a Scrum Master, product manager, or agile coach, there’s something here for you. We can’t wait to see you there!
