- Age Limit:

• Entry is permitted for guests aged 12 years and above. Guests aged 12–17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Ticket Validity: Each ticket is valid for one person only, unless otherwise specified (Couple/Group passes).
• Ticket Sales: All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event of cancellation or as otherwise communicated by the organisers/ticketing platform.
• Entry: A valid ticket and government-issued photo ID may be required at the venue for verification. Entry is subject to security checks.
• Group & Couple Passes: Couple and group passes are valid only for the number of attendees specified at the time of purchase. Splitting or combining passes is not permitted.
• Security: Guests may be subject to frisking and baggage checks at the venue. Guests are required to cooperate with the security and event management teams.
• Prohibited Items: Outside food and beverages, weapons, illegal substances, flammable materials and other items deemed unsafe or inappropriate by the organisers or venue are strictly prohibited.
• Right of Admission: The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, violation of event rules, or any activity that may compromise the safety and experience of other attendees.
• Re-entry: Re-entry will not be permitted unless specifically authorised by the organisers.
• Personal Belongings: The organisers and venue will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
• Event Changes: The artist line-up, event timings, venue arrangements and other event details are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers due to operational, safety or circumstances beyond their control.
• Cancellation/Postponement: In the event of cancellation or postponement, the organisers will communicate the applicable refund, rescheduling or ticketing process through the official ticketing platform.
• Unauthorised Tickets: Tickets purchased through unauthorised sources may be considered invalid and will not be eligible for entry.
• Photography & Recording: Photography and videography will take place during the event. By attending, guests consent to being photographed or recorded and to the use of such content by the organisers for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Dandiya Sticks: Dandiya sticks will be available at the venue for purchase.
• Venue & Authority Guidelines: The event is subject to applicable venue, security, government and local authority guidelines. All attendees are required to comply with the same.
• Event Conduct: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow attendees, artists, staff and venue personnel. Any form of harassment, violence or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Acceptance: By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue, the attendee agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable venue and safety guidelines.
• Please keep your ticket QR code ready for check-in at the venue. Attendees are advised to arrive on time to ensure a smooth entry process and avoid delays due to security or ticket verification procedures.
• The event entry QR code will be available only through the SkillBox mobile application. Ticket holders must download the SkillBox App and log in using the same email address and/or mobile number used at the time of booking to access their ticket and QR code. Failure to access the QR code due to non-compliance with this requirement shall not be the responsibility of SkillBox or the Event Organizer.
• All attendees must carry a valid government-recognized photo identification document for identity and age verification purposes, including but not limited to an Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, or PAN Card.
• Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and consumed by individuals who are of legal drinking age, as determined by the venue's policies and the applicable laws of the territory in which the event is held. All alcohol-related regulations shall be governed by the laws applicable at the event location.
• Attendees may be photographed, filmed, videographed, or sound recorded during the event. Such recordings may be used by the Event Organizer and its affiliates for promotional, advertising, marketing, security, broadcast, publication, archival, or commercial purposes without any further consent, compensation, or notice to attendees.Attendees may be photographed, filmed, videographed, or sound recorded during the event. • The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee from the venue if such attendee is found to be acting in a disruptive, unlawful, dangerous, intoxicated, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate manner. No refund shall be issued in such cases.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, or tampered tickets may be rendered invalid at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer.
• In the event of cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, venue change, artist lineup modification, or any other event-related change, the ticket shall remain valid as determined by the Event Organizer. Except where specifically required by applicable law, neither SkillBox nor the Event Organizer shall be liable for any additional compensation, reimbursement, or consequential losses.
• The Event Organizer shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay, interruption, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, labor disputes, civil unrest, terrorism, war, or other force majeure events.
• By attending the event, each attendee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Event Organizer, venue owners, artists, sponsors, partners, contractors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the attendee’s actions, omissions, misconduct, negligence, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• No refund/replacement on a purchased ticket. Tickets you purchase are for personal use. You must not transfer (or seek to transfer) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms. A breach of this condition will entitle us to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.
• Please do not carry dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, laser devices and bottles to the venue. We may have to eject these things (with or without you) from the venue.
• The sponsors/bands/organizers/management are not responsible for, including but not limited to, any injury or damage that may occur during or at the event.
• No liability or claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink or any other consumption will be entertained by the management.
• Parking near or at the event premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner.
• The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder's appearance on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval of theirs.
• The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the premises.
