The Story & Vibe
Looking for a friendly space to connect with others who understand the ups and downs of living with PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder)? Join us on the last Monday of every month from 6:30 to 7:30 PM for our in-person PMDD Peer Support Group at the Old College, University of Edinburgh. This is your chance to share experiences, listen, and support one another in a relaxed, judgment-free environment. Enjoy a warm cuppa, get creative with a simple craft, and engage in open conversations about PMDD, symptoms, relationships, self-care, and more. Everyone experiencing PMDD is welcome, regardless of gender identity. Come as you are and connect with others who truly get it! Plus, it’s completely free! We can’t wait to see you there!
